We believed they packed efficiently and wrapped everything with care then we opened the pods.
We trusted that they took all of the items we asked until we were cleaning up things at our house, to find they were not on the pods. Wasting space, money, time initially, we had an excellent review, then we opened the pods at our new home.
Look for my new video review, where I show you pictures of how Sebastian Movers treats your items after giving them detailed instructions, buying moving blankets and having tons of packing supplies. Explaining in detail how important it was for such a long move, they are to be extra careful.
Don't think for one moment just because they have a slogan about wrapping they do it. Oh, and when you call Sebastian Movers on the carpet, watch how fast the men lie and not take accountability, even when you send them pictures of proof. Johnny said the men had the gall to say, "But they said they didn't want anything wrapped." I was on the phone with my daughter when she was giving instructions. An appliance guy was there when she made such a big deal about wrapping everything. What person on the planet who has such valuable and personal items would ever say that when the pods were traveling over 944 miles away? It was the dumbest insulting excuse ever. We chose them because they "supposedly wrap everything."
When they say they will make it right and call you back, don't count on it! I think a video is worth all the words I could ever speak. The best part is the interview I have with the men who unloaded the truck. They were so shocked at the incompetence. The whole time they unloaded taking pictures, they kept shaking their head. They had never seen anything like it. "Are you sure these were professional movers the owner asked me?" I gave them the link to their Sebastian Movers website when they saw it; they shook their heads and said, "Unbelievable." "I hate to say it, but you got royally screwed over! These loads don't even make sense. It's ridiculous.''

They were on time. They were professional and very nice and honest and careful with my items. I hired them to move items into a pod in my driveway. The reason why I did not give them a higher score was because of their efficiency. I didn’t have alot, and no traveling involved. It took Over 2 hrs to move 3 sets of head & foot boards/ 3 dresser and mirrors/ 3 mattresses/ a washer and dryer and an electrical fire place. I even helped by carrying the boxes to the pod for them. Nothing was extra heavy or overly bulky and in the end they were not able to load a very important piece of patio furniture because their was not room in the pod. I was hoping it would have taken about an hr so I could get help moving “other” items not going on the pod, which they did help with but 2 and 1/2 hours was used on the first half that i mentioned above. In the end I had to UNDO half of the container by myself in order to get the patio piece to fit. Which it did plus a whole lot more. So again great guys very professional and if I needed help with one or two pieces of furniture than I would hire them again but nothing by the hour.

The two brothers were on time and very good at what they did. They came prepared to do what ever we asked. They stayed busy and always asked what else they could do. There was absolutely very cautious with our property. They were a good choice/

Movers were on time, 2 people showed up for a 2 hour move. I have moved plenty of times and their process wasn’t efficient. They had one hand dolly and a toolbox. I had blocked elevator time and their initial plan was to load and unload the dolly one at a time together. Luckily I had a flat bed dolly they could use and I had to recommend that they fill the entire elevator the take a load down then unload. Long story short, I had to step in and provide a more efficient process. We ended up going one hour over.
The movers were nice and took directions well, I just wish they had a move efficient process and we might have ended in time and within my budget.
