Not the best. Quick and efficient, but watched them knowk stuff into walls. Unprofessional compared to other folks...... didn't need to hear about someone quitting & talking about others homes you were in the day before. Scuffed a wall in my new place then lied about it. Never received a phone call back.......also, never seen a grown man take soo many bathroom breaks......"I shouldn't have drunk that coffee". Also, took too long for travel. I know they stopped along the way.....probably to use the bathroom again. Keeping this fair was ok, but I've had way better. Hire a helper is trash & poor customer service! Will use something more local next time!

The guys showed up, checked out the layout of the house and immediately went to work unloading the Uhaul. They did the job quickly, efficiently and we're very careful with all of our furniture. Completed the job within 2 hours. Highly recommend these guys!

I hired 4 guys for 4 hrs They only sent 3 guys ???? Why am I being charged for 4 guys for 4 hrs

The loaders were on time and worked hard, in the beginning. They assessed our belongings and stated they would be able to fit everything in the truck. We requested 4 loaders for 6 hours, three showed up. We had a 28x8x9 trailer meant to hold an 4-5 bedroom House. Our 1 bedroom house with an office and garage was packed in uniform boxes and staged for loading. The loaders hustled at first, stacked items tight. When the trailer was about half loaded it was as if the loaders gave up and began to haphazardly load, leaving large amounts of empty space and about 1/4 of our belongings unloaded. They quickly left 3 hours into the job. We also had previously spoken with the owner a few weeks before the job about them loading a safe, the owner, Johnny assured us they do it all the time. On the day of the load, the loaders refused and we spoke with Johnny who denied the conversation. We now have to use additional financial resources to rearrange our household goods to load the remainder of our items because the loaders did not complete the work correctly.

The guys were excellent. Worked hard nonstop. The truck was very carefully and professionally packed. I would definitely use them again.
