The crew needs more training on how to pack efficiently.
I had thousands of dollars of property still not on the truck when I was told it was "full". I was moving about 500 miles so this was not acceptable.
I spent 6 hours the next day fitting my items into the truck and car. In the end i left about $500 of my stuff at the curb.
When the truck was unloaded it was evident how loosely packed the truck was. Everything would have fit if it would have been packed properly. I took pictures for reference.
