4 men arrived late! I called Hire the helper at approximately 9:10 to see if they were coming - I was told that they were coming from Jacksonville and would be 1.5 hours late. When they arrived they failed to bring any tools to put furniture back together or a Dollie to move boxes and furniture. They were pleasant and tried to do their best but things didn’t get moved to where they should be. I had kitchen boxes in all 4 bedrooms and I still not able to get them where they should have been. Then the company called to say they had an hour left so they packed everything into the garage putting heavy boxes on top of fragile boxes. Large cake stand, lg spaghetti bowl, serving plate were broken. You never took into account that these men were late then left on time! Then you charged me overtime for services that I didn’t receive. I’m very disappointed in your billing and service. I’m sorry to send this to you now but my husband ended up in the Intensive Care Unit with cardiac & respiratory issues. I had to leave Florida to get to him!
The second group of two men only worked an hour out of the three. When i booked them I told the person that this 8’ pod wouldn’t take three hours d/t it having large furniture in it. But you charged your full price anyways

They did a great job. They arrived on time. They were efficient and did an outstanding job loading the pods. They were able to take a three hour job and do it in an hour and a half to two hours.

They were an hour late. I had to call you to find out if they were even coming to unload my PODS. When I ordered Hire the Helper, I explained that they would need a Dollie for the larger boxes and furniture. I also requested that they bring tools to put furniture and other items together. No Dollie or tools were with them. They were running late so they just put everything in the garage without thought. I’m still looking for my clothing bins. Then you charged me additional time!
I have one last Pod coming this Wednesday -please have them properly prepared with tools and a Dollie for heavy bed frame and large headboard

The Guys that showed up were the best !!! However, after signing and agreeing to a contracted amount, the MANAGER called to say I owed another $100.00. Because of the stairs. The first set of stairs are free. I lived on the 3rd floor. So I was charged for 2 sets of stairs. There was another set of stair that went to the basement apartments. The guys had no business on those stairs. They didnt have to go up or down them. They came from the sidewalk up 3 sets of stairs. I paid it because the MANAGER wanted to argue on the phone and he was burning up my time.
AGAIN, the guys worked hard. They worked fast. I hope he gives them that 100.00
