I just had a few things going up & downstairs after the movers left. They had a hard time finding my newly built home like all the services, but once they got here they were so polite & made me feel comfortable working with them. They were careful & very helpful like they were moving their own stuff. They even bit together a new laundry cart for me. Nathan & his associate were great!

First to no fault of theirs the move was late because of the first movers. So the went to another call although they were supposed to me at 5 pm at 5:30 they called and stated the would not be able to get to me until 6:30. They arrived at 6:50 pm in which my family and friends had taken most of the things off the truck. They really just had the large items. One of the movers was trying to hook up the washer when it was discovered that the hot water hose was not attached to back with the cold water one. Some how the the cold water was left on and leaked onto the floor and was discovered until the next day. They were great movers but I think the management company probably under estimated things.

They were respectful, not prepared, one small hand truck tool, I also helped, I was one person, while downstairs, one guy was upstairs ripping open all my plastic garbage bags, searching, I removed the same bags off the truck the night before, none weren't torn open.
I even gave them a $10 tip each.
