Jordan and Dee from 5 Starr Moving were great! Friendly, professional and quick - they moved as much as we could into the 16 foot POD in under two hours, including an upright piano. Hiring them again to complete the move in a couple weeks. Highly recommend!!!

Our movers actually showed up early and moved everything efficiently and with care. They helped us out during a difficult move where we had another company cancel on us and our elevator was out of service. They were kind and went out of their way to make our move go very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them as well as use the em again if I ever have to move. Thank you!!

We needed furniture moved into a driveway pod for a renovation project. The team came when promised and worked hard, but they worked too quickly, without care. This week we opened up the pod and began unpacking, only to find that our movers had stacked very heavy containers full of books into a tower up to the ceiling, when they were not to be stacked more than three on each other. Predicatbly, the lids on the containers toward the bottom buckled, sending the containers of books tumbling onto the furnishings below. Our television was smashed. Do we have any recourse?
