We had Chris and Ben help us with unloading the POD. They showed up exactly when they were scheduled, worked extremely hard, and were very respectful. In addition to the standard unloading, we also asked them to put the furniture together. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the work they performed! Great tandem!! Thanks guys!!

Unfortunately my mom who occupied the apartment and who just recover from brain surgery didn’t have everything completely packed in boxes ready to go. While my family assisted her with packing remaining loose items the movers (who for the most part were nice) occupies themselves with the larger items. What I didn’t appreciate was the older gentleman coming up to me at the 4hr mark stating “your time is up” to it’s absolutely no offer, courtesy to go into another hour until all items were loaded. He kept complaining about how heavy the items were as though we were the only customers he had ever moved with heavy items, or like he was losing them in his back without carts or assistants. I didn’t appreciate that at all. Also I received an email in the middle of the move about “unsanitary” conditions in the apartment which are ABSOLUTE falsehoods! There was nothing unsanitary about my mom’s living conditions.WHATSOEVER! The issue was just having last minute smaller items to box up. While none of this customer review probably means anything to you there was definitely a missed opportunity to earn MORE revenue as the lead mover and old me flatly he was leaving and had another job to do!
Lastly I fly for SOUTHWEST AIRLINES arguably among the TOP three companies in the WORLD: known for our legendary customer service. You should know that REPEAT AND OR REFERRAL business is of great value to any company. I have one potentially TWO other moves in hay I could refer to your company. But based on my experience with this gentleman I probably would take my business elsewhere.
Additionally I am an individual who likes to compensate (through TIPS), and as personal gratitude for work well done. I didn’t do that because of this gentleman. The young guys were gracious and patient and understanding but the older gentleman made me feel like earning my business was an inconvenience to him.
