These guys did a great job loading a 16’ POD. I was concerned it might take more than 2 hours but they actually had it done in a professional way within an hour, thereby saving me money. I actually worked with them on three different POD packs and was vert pleased each time.

I wouldn’t recommend this company due to their management. Since we lived in condo association, we had to have same day pickup. PODS delivered in the beginning of their 3 hour window of delivery estimation. We scheduled Best Movers to the next timeframe. The owner/management was not accommodating or make any effort to assist with sending movers earlier or dispatch for anyone when finished with their a.m. move. The Best Movers doesn’t provide movers with basic resources to make the job easier & protect the owners furniture during the loading process. Although not the most experienced, the movers were nice & understood the time constraint. The guys asked why we didn’t call company to have them come earlier. We explained that we did and we’re told that all of the company’s movers were busy. Both of our movers said they were open & didn’t have any other jobs that day. We were the only job for the day. Despite their names, if you live in Miami area, don’t use Best Movers.

It was a very wise decision hiring help to empty our PODS container, specially for me a senior and having my son with a injured foot. What are we going to do? Most of the family and friends are busy during the week, so when we founf out about hire a helper and the very reasonable price, we proceed and learn something new. Very satisfy
