I thought Tim & Ernesto did a good job. Very professional. My only concern was there speed. I loaded the truck and trailer I had with 2 other individuals in approximately 2 hours. However, it took Tim & Ernesto nearly 4 hours to unload the truck (20 footer and I had already unloaded the trailer by time they arrived).
Long walk to elevator, load the elevator, unload the elevator then long walk to apartment. Just a slight difference then loading from house

biggest issue i had was at initial opening of storage container, i advised them that the 3 big heavy dressers were all the way in back. I was told it would not be an issue. 2 hours later when reaching these big items the one guy said ‘I wish I’d known these big dressers were all the way in the back’. Hopefully it does not become an issue. Otherwise good guys that work steady

They got there at the promised time and were extremely careful unloading the contents of the POD. Tim and Mario were helpful and friendly. They had to work overtime to finish assembling my furniture and did so willingly.
