Speedy reply back and forth. Shawn runs a great operation. I haven't moved in fifteen years and it was a self move only four miles away that time. This move is over a hundred miles, requires storage for a few months while new home is completed. I don't know if this type of service existed back in 2002 but I'm glad it does now. I had a missed delivery with my first container vendor and had to reschedule with Shawn. He was very accommodating even though its the peak of moving season, from what I've heard. My second container vendor was amazing and delivered right when his three person crew showed up early. Very pleasant fellows. Showed up in company t-shirts. I toured the entire house with them to show what was going in the container. I have an apartment as well, so there were boxes all over the house packed & in mid packing condition that will end up at my apartment. They immediately got to work, placed moving blankets and shrink wrap where appropriate. They broke down the large pieces of furniture that could be separated. The fellows treated every article they were moving as if it were their own. The crew works extremely fast with no small talk nor goofing off. I paid for 4 hours and they were done in 2.5 hours. No refunds on the balance. Regardless, they are well worth it. They filled up a sixteen foot container with ease. As far as I can tell my belongings should make it to the new home with no problems. I hope to find an outfit as professional and competent in my next address to unload the container.

Shawn and his team were incredibly reliable and professional. They helped me with dismantling furniture to move out and then move my things in. Very organized, definitely knew what they were doing. I wish they would have been in Michigan to pack our pod too :)
