Mario and Tim were wonderful. They arrived on time and prepared for the job. They were very pleasant and extremely careful with our furniture; even taking the time to wrap the furniture for us. They were able to pack our PODS container in the best possible way so that we could fit everything in there but also in a way that things would not shift around during our move. They were wonderful! On time, prepared, worked hard and very respectful of our belongings. Marco and his coworker went above and beyond helping us in what could have been a fiasco. Our POD was not delivered! They were both calm and offered good advice. They helped save what could have been a disaster!

My helpers were speedy, polite, efficient, thoughtful of how to pack, and worked well together. They also worked hard, even at the end of their day (6:30 - 7:30pm). They did arrive late; their estimated time to show up was between 5 and 6pm and they arrived at 6:35pm. However I live in Miami and that was rush hour on a Friday night. Totally understandable! What was important was they they maintained communication and called to let me know what their status was.
2 hrs!!!!!! Thinking about not taking another job in Miami
4-5 hours total time and getting paid for 2. Not worth it

Sean the man who answered the phone was very rude and said " we are not robots ma'am" when said I picked 10AM in the computer for the time I would need the helpers. The movers/helpers could not speak English well which made the process very difficult. They did more standing around thinking& complaining than working.
I am not the friendliest person on earth dealing with idiots but that conversation never took place
All of us speaks English in most cases better then the customer
