MARIO AND TIM WERE BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BEST MOVERS ESPECIALLY IF WHOEVER NEEDS HELP COULD HAVE MARIO AND TIM. THEY WERE ON TIME, WELL PREPARED WORKED HARD RESPECTFULL OF MY PROPERTY AND GOODS AND YES I WOULDN'T CONSIDER OTHER HELPERS

I was not impressed with Best Movers. From the third floor, the movers dropped my pillows and couch cushions over the rail to the pavement below. They worked at an extremely slow pace - pond water moves faster than they did. They used my restroom several times and spent a significant amount of time chatting with both myself and my parents. I anticipated the move being complete within 2 hours. At 2 hours, they were nowhere near complete, and when I asked if they would finish within 2 hours, the movers informed me that I would have to pay for another hour of time or they could just walk away and leave the rest of the stuff in the apartment. They struggled to move my couch down a tight staircase even though I told them to use the stairs in the front of the building as it was a straight shot without any turns. They eventually gave up and used the stairs in the front of the building, they dragged my bed mattress on the ground. The final straw was after the movers had left, I found the frame of my bed laying on the outside of the truck - they forgot to pack it. I tipped the movers - and I regret it, they didn't deserve the money. Looking at the load at the other end of the move, things seemed to have stayed in place, however, I have not unpacked the truck yet. If I find broken things, I will be putting a hold on the credit card payment.
