Sorry to complain. But the two gentlemen were not very good at all. They were late by about 30 minutes, apparently with bad directions. While they were prepared for the job and did work hard, they did not work efficiently at all. Respect for the property and goods was poor at best. They did not wrap furniture well at all and sometimes did not even wrap the furniture. Often times the blankets were simply thrown on top of the furniture and not secured in any way. Several pieces of furniture were stacked on top or against each other with no blanketing or buffering between them. They did not load the container efficiently leaving many items loose and several large gaps which would have caused major shifting in the goods during transport and storage. We were not happy at all and I was forced to re-stack and re wrap the entire container myself. My apologies, but I would not use them again.

They were great! They and went straight to work. Thwy took care with the furniture as nor to damage them. They were prepared with hand truck and tools. I would hire again if I needed them. Highly recommend!

The packers stayed in touch with me and showed up on time.both movers were knowlegble on how to move all the items and packed it in the pod. They were very nice gentlemen.

They arrived late due to a previous job taking longer than expected, but they called and told me they would be late and why. They arrived and went right to work and were careful and very hard working. One thing that puzzled me they did not come equipped to take apart beds, but when I provided the tools they did the job efficiently. They packed the truck with skill and competence and used every available space making sure nothing would shift and get damaged. I will use them again when it is time to have the pod delivered to my new home.

Carlos and Ernesto were the very best! They arrived right on time! Carlos was knowledgeable and in charge. They did not waste time, but explained the entire process as they worked our household goods. This was not an easy move from a storage unit into a 20ft container. But they worked hard and we were done very fast. I would ask for Carlos for my next move!!! Keep up the great work.
