The helpers arrived 40 min past the scheduled time frame. The two representatives were polite and funny. However, after checking our goods they predicted that the space in the truck was plenty, and it wasn't necessary to fill the container all they way to the roof. Turns out, at the end of the 2.5 hours there was no more space available and yet, at least 1/4 of our goods were still in the house. At this point there was nothing else to do but to redo the whole job again. It was too late then, so we just sent the workers on their way, paid and remain trying to figure out how to load the rest of the stuff in ourselves. Needless to say, we had to leave a few valuables behind.
Instead we filled completely a 26' truck. Needless to say, after doing this for 14 years, I still can't figure out why people are lying about their stuff, truck size, stairs, etc.

Mario and Tim loaded up my 16 foot POD and did an outstanding job. They were very efficient and completed the job in an hour and a half (I had paid for two hours). They used the space wisely and I was pleasantly surprised that everything I needed fit into the POD. I would HIGHLY recommend Best Movers and Mario/Tim Team!
