Horace and Alan were excellent! They were on time and did a survey of our items which helped us decide if we needed more space (which we did). They worked fast, careful and expertly. They were finished well within the time I requested them for. It was amazing how much they were able to Tetris into my container. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Tim and Travis were excellent in all regards. They were very careful moving things in so as not to damage them. Tim went out of his way to help us set up some of the more complicated furniture pieces that we would have struggled with, and to make suggestions where minor parts would protect the furniture better. I would use them again when the need arises.

The initial follow-up when I placed my order and when I confirmed the day and time was very good. Once they were here the movers did a good job in unloading the items on the container and placing all furniture and boxes in the apartment and a small storage space (same floor) with great care,
The only two issues I had: 1) they were late by 20 minutes, with no calls about it - the schedule was to be at the location between noon and 1 pm, they arrived at 1:20 pm; 2) they took 4 hours to do a job that should have taken 2 (they had 3 men because of a very heavy fire safe).
I probably would use them again with a more competent crew.
