They went above and beyond. They were careful with my items, listened carefully to my needs and fulfilled my requests. They were also very friendly.

Slow. Took longer than it should (for instance the movers who unloaded did this truck and another in less time).
They also kept asking for more money above what we agreed to as extra time.
They didn't have tools, dollys, or blankets available. They did not help pack or wrap.
Lastly they forgot the moving dolly (which they said they would bring) and they said they would deliver the one I rented get back to the Uhaul same day...I'm still paying on it because they never returned it on time and the store closed.

Professional, efficient, excellent communication, very thoughtful of your items, walls, doors and floor. They loaded the pod so well that the other movers unloading it praised how good of a job they did. They deserved every dollar of the price I have paid and also the tip I gave them at the end.
