First, they were punctual. They didn't ask for a 1 hour window, they asked when I wanted them there and showed up. I collect antique glass and not once did I worry about the way they were handling the boxes, if anything, they were more careful than I was. They also seemed to have a good time and genuinely enjoy their job and meeting people. I had fun, which is usually not something that happens during a move!
