What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They will get a call within 24 hours of booking to confirm and gather details for the job. I'll introduce my self and let them know what is expected from us and from the client.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They will receive a call when we are about 30 minutes away. We are owner operated so I would show up with my crew ready to get the move done in a safe and efficient manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We would like for the to have "everything" ready to be moved. We would want all "loose" items in a box as well as any lamp/lampshades if possible.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves from local to long distance to office moves and private events.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love how we get to meet new people from all walks of life and get to see new places in the state and country. I also love architecture so I love to see different style homes and what you can do with different spaces.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We always keep up to date with different things we can do to make the jobs easier for us and to keep the clients belonging as safe as possible for transport.
