Both Elvis and Ja’Rayn were extremely respectful, helpful, prompt, worked very hard and past the Tetris test! ?? I would recommend them and I would use them again. Great young men.

Too many issues to list they were on time, & the 2 movers were extremely polite & that is the only positive thing to say. They were slow, & I cleaned up beer bottles as they drank on the job, they left a brand new home scuffed & dirty. Ran over their time by hours. The owner showed up in a bad mood to help & tried to overcharge their quoted rate for staying longer. I requested booties, gloves & paper to protect new floors & they had none & not even tools or box cutters. I had to unbanket everything myself. They left stuff in garage that needed to be placed in upstairs rooms. They did not place some items where asked & now it is hard for me to move those bins. The owner was extremely rude & unprofessional & when offered water, he asked for tequila instead. If your furniture won't fit, they do not want to take off doors or try anyway to place it when i was able to myself get it in. They were called ahead of date to ask if a 3rd person was needed since stairs & crossing a parking lot where pods were placed were involved as was hireahelper. Grossly misestimated & went over budgeted quote. Do not recommend this company.
We’ll start by saying we expected a negative review from you, not because we did anything wrong, but because no matter what the team did- you were not satisfied. You’re only concern was time and sticking to your budget. But let’s start from the beginning. You booked through HAH- pricing is clearly displayed on their site, on our profile, and in any subsequent email from them. You booked an elite order- so that means pricing is a bit higher. So let’s start from the beginning of your job. YOU LOST YOUR POD KEY. How did the POD get opened? The team was able to knock the lock off of the POD thus allowing them to start the job. That’s #1. #2 Two hours into your 5-hour booked move you continuously call Levi, who by the way was on another job, to complain about the pace of our crew. What you failed to mention in your scathing review was the team had 100+ feet walk from the POD to your apartment, which also was on the 2nd level without an elevator. The team had to move your items up two flights of stairs. You called Levi a total of 7 timesss to continue complaining about the time. #3 Prior to the day of the job, you advised you wanted home protection. No problem! The team showed up with booties and the painter paper to create a walk-way that would avoid any shoe marks on your tiles. The day of the move you said you didn’t want them to create the walkway. They asked if you’d prefer them put down blankets- your response? NO, it would take too much time. You then said the booties may make them slide, so you also said no to the booties. #4 Beer bottles? Tequila?? Let’s clear this up- our team NEVER drinks on a job, that doesn’t even make sense. You offered Levi water and he declined and joked about saying the only thing needed after this long day was Tequila. A JOKE. #5 The team was unblanketing thé wrapped items- your response? NO- it would take too much time. It’s clearly listed on our profile the items we provide. Our team NEVER goes out to a job without supplies or tools. A matter of fact, they used their tools to knock off your lock. #6 You failed to mention that Levi and another crewman came to your job to help get everything finished. So for the last roughly 30 mins- you had a total of 4 crewmen! Did we charge for 4 crewmen? We did not. #7 it was asked if anything else needed to go upstairs- you said no but yet you’re saying items were left in the garage. #8 In one of the many phone calls you made to Levi that day, he did inadvertently tell you it’s $65/ additional hour, not realizing you had an Elite order which in is should’ve been $75. He attempted to explain the mixup to you, but you keep referring back to the $65. So what did we do? Instead of arguing over a difference of $19 ( 2 add’tl hours with Elite 150 versus 2 add’tl hours with Standard 131) - he told you no problem and to release the lower amount. Hireahelper advised why they recommended two guys because they were trying to keep you within your budget and time. #9 at the completion of the job, the team cleaned out your POD, and even wiped any shoe markings that were left on your tiles.
Our team works their BUTTS off. They are professional, courteous, and efficient. We don’t understand the purpose of fabricating stories and omitting facts.
BTW! They did take off your door to get items in… so again what is the purpose of creating a false narrative other than to be vindictive?

On time to the house w a great working attitude. At the start the team leader asked us what our goals were and if we had any requests and listened w interest and came up with a plan which he shared with us and the rest of the team. VERY personable people which made the entire experience so much easier than we’ve experienced before!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A concise email to confirm the exact details of your move and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This email also provides our customers with the methods in which they can contact us: phone, text, email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a transparent, open line of communication prior to the team’s arrival. We’ll let you know when we are 10-15 mins away from your location. Customers can also expect that as the team arrives- THEY WILL GET TO WORK. The team works based on customer instructions for what items need to be packed, moved, disassembled/assembled, unloaded, etc. We have expert movers that will handle all goods carefully and load items snuggly and safely into your truck/pod/container.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We absolutely encourage open dialogue with our customers. There’s no silly questions or wrong questions. Our goal is to make your move as stressless and easy as possible. So to prepare for your move- let us know if items outside of what we supply is needed, let us know if there are heavy (400+) /awkward/ large / fragile items to make note of prior to moving day. Any information about the move would be helpful.
