Good communication. Both workers came prepared, worked hard and were very diligent with our belongings. They packed the truck very efficient and well thought out. I would definitely use them again!

Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with hired help. Now this was just one of the employees, he was supposedly the lead man, claimed he was a top notch, top of the line , truck packer and he was worth twice any other employee! That turned out to be exactly the opposite of the work he performed! He was a loud mouthed, know it all and he let me know it constantly! The other man was indeed a hard worker and did an excellent job on his part! They arrived at 10:00 am and I got two trips out of them prior to them taking an hour for lunch! I got one more trip out of them with constant complaining, etc.! I ended up paying them for 5 hours of miserable labor due to Mr. know it all! Never again!!!

Movers arrived 2 hours late and the first thing I was told was I was already 10 minutes into my 2 hours. After inspecting the move, I was then told there was no way it could be done in 2 hours.
This wasn't a problem as I had called ahead to confirm they would be able to stretch it to three. Considering it took 3 hours to move INTO a 3rd floor apartment, moving out in 3 seemed totally reasonable.
I was then told by the head mover that it was his birthday and he would not be able to provide the extra hour as promised. I attempted to make other accommodations while he worked. After counting the number of boxes moved at the end of the 2 hours, it would have been faster if the boxes were carried one by one at a slow stroll. On top of that, not one stick of furniture was touched by the end of the two hours. All of the light things were packed and I was left to deal with the heavy things myself. In the end, they did stay an additional hour for not charge but perhaps worked a total of 15 minutes during that out.
To top it off, JUST after they left, I found they papered my apartment complex with business cards while they were supposed to be moving my things.
The only good thing I can say is they didn't break anything... that I know of yet.
