We had such a great experience with Ricky]! They moved our entire house in just one day, which was no small task. Even after dealing with an unexpected setback earlier in the day (completely unrelated to our move), they still showed up ready, worked hard, and handled everything with so much care. Every box, piece of furniture, and fragile item was treated as if it were their own. Professional, reliable, and efficient.
I’ll be using them again!

After having to show up late do to circumstances we were very accommodating to, the 2 movers ricky brought stood around constantly in corners of our apartment. They did not complete the job and we are very disappointed in their lack of direction. They left a garbage bag of trash and water bottles by the front door which we supplied to them. This all after confirming a week prior. All the sudden they need more time for $175 to finish. Felt like a scam at a time we needed help. After saying no to the additional fee the started bringing stuff back into the apartment that we would be responsible for bringing out to the truck. There was a definite language barrier but Ricky tried to help and I feel like he was the only one working - that's not what we paid for...
I invite you to visit my YouTube channel and check out the episode titled “We Saw This Coming,”
Here’s the link to the video where you can see for yourself the distance we had to walk, where you can witness the impossible task we were assigned:
https://youtube.com/shorts/DbHcL5WTDEw?si=Hyy3VORxZJoz2X40 I anticipated that the customer would complain because we couldn't complete their unrealistic expectations, so I began documenting the situation to protect our company.
During this appointment, we were handling a two-bedroom move that involved a lengthy commute from the customer's apartment to their rental box truck. As we approached the end of our two-hour minimum, the customers expressed that they only wanted us to focus on the larger tasks, dismissing the smaller ones. An elderly mother, her daughter, and son initiated the conversation with, “There’s no way we can work in this Florida heat.” We shared a laugh, and in the end, I was expected to understand that we should take care of all the smaller tasks, although that was never explicitly stated.
By the time this expectation arose, we had already completed the major tasks, yet they still found reasons to reflect negatively in their review, giving us a two-star rating instead of five. We immediately sensed the tension. They seemed to believe we weren’t allowed to take small breaks to catch our breath. Especially after walking the distance, hiking up a flight of stairs and into the apartment. It was frustrating when my team, trying to strategize and find the right items to pack instead of randomly tossing things into the truck, was met with disapproval. My team is trained to select items based on my packing plan, which sometimes requires them to take a moment to assess what to grab. This approach not only ensures efficiency but also allows them to catch their breath—especially after hauling heavy items over 200 feet in the sweltering Florida sun!
Regarding our delay, I could share our phone conversations, but that might not be appropriate. My initial helper encountered a truck that sped by, causing debris to hit him in the face and eyes, which necessitated a trip to the emergency room. At that moment, I reached out to the gentleman I had on standby. I always maintain a standby option because unexpected situations can arise. As a professional, I am committed to never missing an appointment or leaving anyone to handle the physical loading of a truck on their own due to a last-minute change.
The customer was understanding about our delay since they were leaving the very next day and assured me that a few minutes late would not be a problem. However, in their review, they seemed to focus on negative aspects that could harm my company, particularly because I didn’t agree to work a third hour for free. Please take a moment to visit the link on my YouTube channel to see the challenges we faced that day. Additionally, I encourage you to check out all my other reviews, as I always strive to go above and beyond for every customer. It’s unfortunate that this particular customer believed a two-bedroom apartment could be loaded in two hours, especially considering the obstacles we encountered. We put in so much hard work, only to be criticized.

The guys that came to unload our POD, Ricky & Mike, went far and beyond when unloading our POD!!! They were very friendly and handled our items with care. They came well prepared with devices to lift out heavy items!!! I would highly recommend these guys!!!

3 person crew worked hard but not good loading. Loaded one bedroom set hand painted we stressed valuable and on arrival destination had piled lot on top and huge indentation on top dresser and rest damages less severe but damaged. Boxes special quarter inch thick marked fragile crystal, Lenox, and Collectibles all marked fragile etc loaded sideways with stacked heavy boxes on top and end tables. Only loaded one bedroom of 3, 2 recliners, 3 counter bar stools,China small cabinet, vreajfast dining set already dismantled, small bookcase, server stand, 2 small end tables, gun wood cabinet, pressure washer, 4 specialist professional crated for 4 pcs (marble top and glass, a fragile insert handcarved piece with glass for coffe table 746.00 extra to pros crating) told loaders fragile valuable but loaded not according bright direct sticjers marked dirwction to put at top but loaded sideways with lots piled on top. and truck
near half full and said truck over weight and needed only light weight items or weigh station flag and dangerous drive. Our unloaded at destination told us repeatedly truck loaded a mess and no way we close half weight and rental move trucks not stop weigh stations. Left 3 bedrooms and living dining room behind due to their scare tactics. When asked why fragile items clear marked with upright arris not loaded correctly and some upside down said people reuse boxes so ignore box markings!
On arrival unloading crew pointed out obvious loading damages and repeatedly said truck not loaded correct and way under weight. Had job before us causing be 1 5 hours late so likely tired and both not want load heavier pieces and careful.
We have serious damages and until fully unpack not know extent. Crushed boxes and crated pieces not opened yet as unloaded not open crates for us would not use or recommend. Likable and bragged lot but performance poor and helpers obviously not exoerienced.

After being hired we will go over all moving details to confirm all our proper equipment is available on the moving date. One roll of plastic wrap along with 3 rolls of tape are included in every move. Hand trucks, dollies, and tools are included as well.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask that the customer can be as organized as possible. The less of a clutter the better. If boxes are going to be packed before our arrival we ask that they are not scattered through every walk able path through moving location.
What types of moves have you handled?
There has not been a move that we have not completed. We have experience in local, long distance, office moves. We dealt with many locations with flights of stairs. Moving exotic items such as pianos, treadmills, gun safes require our use of special equipment that is provided on each and every job.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Nothing feels better then moving a family into their new home. Arriving to an empty location and within a few hours having the location look alive and well while having the sense of new comfort. To see the happiness in the eyes of your customer, it is a great feeling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Anyone can become a mover. All it takes is hard work and equipment. The real success comes with customer service. I have shown my helpers that they are apart of a company that can teach them to become leaders of their own one day. They are taught to take pride in the work they complete. They are taught to take pride in themselves. Once your team members have great customer service abilities, they fulfill the main ingredient of building a strong reliable Company.
