Three men showed up, and worked hard. They were careful with the items to move in and the property There was definitely a communication issue, as I booked 2 hours plus, and asked for a dolly and assembly help. They did not have a dolly and one of the workers was on the phone complaining this is not what he signed up for and did not plan on assembling bed and desk hutch. While he eventually did assemble the bed. He did a bad job I had to redo. They did put the desk hutch up after I asked.

We had some issues with time worked and focus on the job. I contracted 2 men to work 8 hours. We agreed they could show up at 10 AM. They got there early, at 9:30, which was great and jumped right in. They took a 1/2 hour lunch break. At 3 PM one of the guys told me he had to leave at 3:30 to go to another job. The way I saw it was 9:30 to 3:30 with a 1/2 hour for lunch is a 5-1/2 hour day, not an 8 hour day. It took over an hour on the phone talking to 3 different people to get a 2 hour refund. That part was a cluster.

My other issue was one of the guys kept taking cell phone calls throughout the day. That bugged me. When you're on the clock (at least, on my clock), I should have your undivided attention.

Really nice guys! However one was disabled, one had a hurt hand. They did get everything unloaded , I hired them for four hours it took two hours to load the truck so I told them be extra careful you will be done early please take your time. Could have been a little more careful with the items. Really kind considerate guys.

Arrived late, unprofessional appearance. They worked hard and got the job done efficiently. However, not sure if I’d use them again.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Two of our main guys were out sick. So we picked up someone who needed a helping hand. A job opportunity to change their life. So they could cut their hair and change appearance. It’s not our standard practice. The guys all worked hard and got the job done 2 hours before the requested time paid for. The customer also gave the guys a tip. We have ordered new shirts for all staff members. I don’t believe in just giving to someone in need. But I will teach them a better way and show them how to work for it. Thank you for the opportunity.

I would highly recommend and personally use them again! Even items I had wrapped in bubble wrap they wrapped on top of that!!! I have no doubt that all my furniture will not break in the move. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars thanks again guys !!!!

They were on time and did a quick assessment of everything getting packed. They worked hard, and made sure all my furniture was protected. I would recommend them, and if I had a chance I would use them again. My destination took me 6 hrs away and nothing shifted.

I was told they would arrive between 10:00-11:00 am and they arrived at 11:35 am.
However, the arrival time was not an issue for me.
Mike and Freddie worked extremely hard and did an excellent job. The weather was extremely hot but they worked continuously without interruption. They handled all furniture and items with the best of care.
I would definitely use Mike and Freddie again. They were excellent and I hope I can get them again because I will need another POD.

My favorite part about being a mover is. To see the satisfaction and excitement on a customers face. After there home is packed, loaded or unloaded.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide training. On how to lift furniture and boxes safely. Also to be cautious of walls and tight spaces by having great verbal communication with each team member. I do training on customer service as well.
