The 2-men crew arrived on time and loaded and unloaded items quickly. If you are looking for speed, I would recommend them. The company was one of the least expensive options and was available. They made simple adjustments to prepare furniture for transport. Before the crew came, I thought I would be helpful by labeling boxes and furniture to indicate which room they were to go in the new home. I also used painter's tape to mark the floors and indicate how furniture should be positioned. I thought these actions would minimize time and uncertainty. Yet, on numerous occassions, the movers asked where things went when they were clearly labeled. And at one point, boxes were put down but not taken to their assigned room. I got the feeling that they weren't with making sure items were in the correct place. In conclusion, if speed is more important to you than quality and care, I recommend them

We did exactly what she said, yes she had blue painters tape written with blue ink pen you can not see that on the ground our workers are over 6 foot. So we kept asking to make sure, didn't even know this would make a 3 star review cause the label was to hard to see, she didn’t even have that much stuff to be this picky and correct we do not charge much and our service is well beyond 3 Star’s. We put everything thing back where they belong all the boxes was in living room not in a particular room and we still sorted out the best we could never knew making sure was a problem. For future reference if you want your boxes sorted out If it’s not sorted correctly we will put in a designated area we are there to unload or load the truck not sort your boxes out that’s part of unpacking to us.

Three stars. Very quick, helpful, nice, professional at first glance. Packed the truck to where it looked very good. They came on super short notice and both worked hard. The problem came when I unloaded and found lots of rub spots on furniture and other items. I rented 18 furniture blankets and they only used 6. They said since it was just help with loading they weren't responsible for the damage. Also the truck was very full (which was accurate). I was disappointed in the damage, obviously as they seemed to really know their stuff.

They said I only ordered 3 hours (true) but I had no idea how long it would take and knew if it went over I would pay hourly which I did for one hour. I would have been more than willing to pay for another hour to prevent the above damage.

I would use again but only if I watched closely to make sure they padded everything.
