Once they arrived everything went wonderfully. They were pleasant and efficient. Just wish they'd arrived at the designated time. Was expecting them between 4&5 PM. Contacted HAH a little before 6. Stress Free rep called and said he thought he'd said between 5&6 but they were on their way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. Didn't arrive until after 7:00 PM. They went straight to work and worked quickly to get the job done and placed things exactly where I needed them. In spite of the time issue I would deffinitely use them again.

They were late, and didn't call. But they did work ok once they got there. Also I called them a few days earlier to make sure I could get all right supplies and they never returned my call.

Despite my concerns that they wouldn't finish in the 2 hours, they reassured me they would and they did! Excellent workers and well worth the money. I would absolutely use them again.

Phoned to say they were running a few minutes late. Arrived ready to work and kept a positive attitude all 8 hours they were here. We put our things in storage and will use this crew again when our new house is ready to move in!
