They called to provide me with an ETA, and then called me back a little later to revise and push back their ETA, which I appreciated. Great communication.
Once on site, they started working immediately and got everything loaded into the storage container in just over an hour, neatly packed and with plenty of space left over. They even helped my wife unload some things from our car on their way out.
