I originally had them scheduled later in the day but asked them last minute to come earlier. They were flexible on timing and even showed up 10 minutes earlier than expected. The two movers were efficient, worked hard, and very polite. Overall, they did a GREAT job and I really appreciate them coming out!

On all the above they did really well. I would give them a stellar review (all stars) except that they broke the heating/air conditioning monitor, popped it off the wall when they were carrying a small couch. They didn’t tell me they did this, although I saw them do it. It fell down to the floor. They tried to fix it and did put it back on the wall. However the air conditioner didn’t work and we had a very hot, uncomfortable time while we were finishing packing up. You do not owe us anything to get it fixed. Escrow closed in the next few days.
