The guys were knowledgeable and helpful. They took as long as necessary to complete the move (2:30 am) and were super concerned about not damaging my furnature.

Several furniture items arrived broken particularly table legs. Knobs were broken off. They broke 2 legs on my TV stand before it was loaded on the truck. I had 9 mattress that could have been used as extra padding that they did not take advantage of. My packing wardrobe was crushed with everything inside wrinkled at the bottom of the box. My things appeared to be thrown haphazardly on the truck. The men did arrive on time and the worked very hard, however they needed a more experienced person to lead the crew. I believe the young man said this was his first solo move. The men were very curtious and professional, worked hard but they just weren’t experienced enough for my move. I’m still opening boxes and I sure hope everything else arrived ok.

The owner, Cliff Harris and his crew were friendly and very professional. I yelped this company and read fantastic reviews. I highly recommend this moving company. Please call in advance to get advise and direction to streamline your move. My husband had dissembled all beds, dinning tables which helped save time and money. Everything was boxed and ready for the movers as specified, They showed up on time and were very clean (removed any trash after wrapping furniture, etc.) during the packing process. Cliff will guide you regarding what to purchase for moving supplies and how to pack efficiently. Based upon his advise I hire the right amount of movers in the time allocation he recommended. Great company!!

While Harris was on time and very helpful when we needed help that went beyond loading the truck they were neglectful of several items. I had a piece of glass that was not put on the truck. Some of my husbands possessions were also ignored. They did not make use of the space in the Uhaul to its maximum. My nephew was able to get in the truck and open up a lot of space. They did not seem to understand we were moving across country, not across town. The lead man, Andre at one point complained that his guys should be bringing boxes out, not packing boxes. I was a bit taken back by that. I would not use them again.
