Both our helpers were Great. They were on time, they were prepared with straps, plastic wrap, tape, and other equipment to do the job. They worked hard the moment they arrived. Both took care of our furniture as if it was there own. My wife and I don’t plan to move again but if we did I would use Hire A Helper again. The only negative was the cost, almost $600.00 for 4.5 hours.

Chad and Vincent were the best! They arrived 1/2 hour early to go over everything to be moved so they could figure out how they were going to pack the POD. I was skeptical that all my items would fit, but it was so well organized they got everything in. They were both super friendly, polite and professional. I felt totally comfortable letting them do their thing. Like most, it took longer than I had booked but I never got the sense they were rushing or getting sloppy to get out earlier. I will ask for them when I get my POD unloaded.

The two young men were great at fixing the loading issues I had as a result of another company i originally hired; Pack and Load however I don’t recall who they hired to load my pod, nevertheless I will get that’s info when I review this companies loading by way of any broken items which I doubt due to the fantastic job they did when I find my new home. I really need a letter from the two guys who helped me today so they can verify the horrible job done that they fixed! Please help me get that information. Meanwhile this company was great at hiring these two young men who provided me with loading services. Thanks !!

Fantastic experience with Clifton and his crew. They were on time, the lead person James did a great job organizing the team to pack up the container . They entire team used care and acted with professionalism . They took extra precautions to protect our items and property. Do not hesitate to hire this team! We did to pack our last container we needed later that same week.

Slow. They only moved furniture in 1200 soft bedroom townhouse in 6.5 hours. Left the kitchen, closets, garage for me to move myself. I am exhausted.
Set a shelving unit upside down. Hid a support leg in a drawer instead of installing it.
I wanted movers to move all of my stuff. I had to move all of my clothes, shoes, small appliances, dishes, pots and pans...
