The 2helpers arrived together and a little early, which was nice. Very polite and worked hard. I had everything in the garage which I don’t know if that is a plus or not but they worked away @ it and got the pod packed. The office person suggested I get ratchet straps and that was a great suggestion. Very pleased and would use this company again

My movers arrived 1.5 hours later than scheduled. One mover was a hustler while the other was very sluggish. One mover wasted an hour disassembling a bed that didn't need to be disassembled while he could've been moving larger items. When I asked them to move a piano, they wasted more time contacting the company to get clearance only to find out it was additional $250 to move. I was very upset this wasn't a question asked during my intake so I could've prepared an alternative. I am a single mom with 2 young boys and not much large furniture. The company quoted me 2 movers for 4 hours and once their time was up I still had an entire trailer full of furniture and boxes to move that took myself and 2 family/friends another 1.5 hours. It was not the experience I had hoped for and it cost me nearly $1000 for only 4 hours of work. I will never recommend this service or company to another person.
We regret the delay in our movers' arrival and the mixed performance you observed. Your comments about the unnecessary disassembly and the piano moving issue are concerning, and we understand your frustration with the additional costs that were not communicated upfront.
