They showed up on time and finished on time. They worked hard, but we had to coach them to wrap furniture. They said they wanted to save us some money on the UHaul blankets we had rented. I said, that we rented them for this purpose, and he said, you can take them back and get your money back. I said, It will give me peace of mind if you use the blankets. Still I can see our nice bedroom furniture with only our area rugs over the corners. I fear that our furniture will have rub burns and scratches. We also tried to coach them on which fragile pieces of furniture should be up front, and still my glass curio cabinet and our largest TV is clear in the back of the truck. I put my dust mop between the curio cabinet and the wall of the truck to help spare the bangs. We have moved multiple times in the past 10 years and were never so disappointed with the sloppy job and a cocky attitude. I’m sorry I couldn’t give a better rating this time. I will cry if our stuff arrives broken and scratched. We have packed our own truck many times with great success, but we are now at the age that we can’t do it ourselves anymore. I wish younger people would be willing to learn a few tips from older wiser people who have socks older than these cocky young people. We still tipped them, because we just don’t stiff service people, but we were totally frustrated with the service level. Sorry! I trust this will help you to choose and train good people that will help you be successful as a business. Thank you!

Very prompt, quick workers and very polite! I would recommend a bit more padding between furniture as we provided plenty of packing blankets. A few items were scratched a bit.

Eh. Movers were both nice and well-mannered, but oh my...they were sloooooooow. Not only that, but they didn't work their brain very much. Like, why would you use a dolly to wheel boxes (literally), 9-11 feet? Just grab a box or two and get moving! Took nearly 8 min to take a Queen mattress up 15 stairs (only 1 landing).
I used to work as a mover during summers through college, I get it. But my goodness...you would think the two guys I were sent were 2 dudes off the street with ZERO moving experience. They were that slow/clueless.

Initially, the crew was late by 2 hours. However, this schedule was during the Covid19 problem. Once they were present, the two men did an outstanding job, with good attitudes and care. They were loading a truck for a long distance move and, and we arrived at the destination with very little shifting or damage. I would recommend them again.

Fast and reliable service, due to covid all our crew wear mask and gloves during the move for everyone safety. And when you book with expect a call or text message within the hour of you booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive 5 star customer service and a crew that will work hard to get your move done in the time you booked. We also have very polite and honest crews that will go above and beyond to assist you throughout the entire process.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For moving day we ask all customers to have items ready to be loaded or unloaded. If you have to pack during the move it may take extra time and extend your move past your previous booked time.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done over 300 moves to date in all different aspects of moving. There's not a move we will not be prepared for and have not done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love being able to help customers in a time of need and to make the moving process alot simpler and smoother.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew with a two day training where we teach our way to pack and wrap furniture but also how to pack pods and trucks.
