Of the three staff one spent a lot of time sitting on the curb. We agreed to loading a day earlier than planned due to double booking by staffers for the scheduled day. The team seemed a hodgepodge of people not use to working together. Seems that one of the three was usually leader of a crew. The leader kept insisting that it was going to be tight but would fit the two 16 ft pods we ordered. Halfway through he should have recommended an additional pod. We ended up spending a second day loading a 8 ft pod ourselves an departing for our destination a day late in early evening.

My team was amazing during the chaos of my move. Of note, I had already had my things packed and they were here to help me move everything to a pod. My team consisted of Eddie, Alisia, and John, and all three were friendly and so helpful. They were easy and available to communicate with, efficient, and excellent at organizing the best way to maximize my pod space. They were on time, had all the tools (and more) necessary to get all of my stuff (and I have a lot of stuff) into my pod in the allotted time with incredible ease and efficiency. They handled everything with care. I absolutely would use them again if the situation arises!
