I hired two helpers for 3 hours. They worked hard while they were there. But after an hour and 45 they left to take the one worker to his main job. The other worker did not return until almost an hour and a half later. He finished out the last hour by himself even though I paid for 2 helpers. I did get a partial refund for the last hour. Had no problem with the work effort, however I think they are inexperienced movers. Even though I had plenty of pallets and plastic to wrap furniture in, most of my good wood furniture and table and chairs got either scratched, dinged or marked up pretty good. Most of it looks pretty bad now. They tried taking a kitchen table out without removing the legs. I now have paint marks on the table from the door frame. I removed the legs myself when they were gone to take the one worker to his other job. The legs were not wrapped and just thrown in the truck, so now they are all marked up also. Other things were placed on top of the wood chairs and there are scratches or gouges in the seat now. If you mostly just have boxes or not good furniture these guys are okay. But due to inexperience I would not recommend if you have a lot of nice furniture that needs to be protected.

Not only did Anthony and his crew so a great job and extremely hard, but when I contacted him 2 days early and asked he could come out that day because Tropical Storm Debby was hitting on Monday, he put together a crew on a Saturday and got the job done. Very hard working young man and good at his business.

We hired them through Hire-a-Helper for a small unloading job of a U-Haul trailer. Unfortunately on the day we were supposed to have two helpers, only one showed. He offered to do the work himself, but that would not have worked. Therefore, I ended up being the other helper. Orange and Blue refunded for the other helper, and was very easy to work with in that regard, but I still had to pay fees for using the Hire-a-Helper services. I would probably not use these services again.

The team was great and worked hard and fast. I had a last minute mechanical issue with the truck I rented so ended up having to use a smaller truck than planned. They organized everything to ensure all items would fit on the truck. Overall was a very smooth process. I would definitely recommend.
