They were on time. We discussed the job about 2.5 weeks prior. I sent them a video of the Elliptical (showing the make and model) to disassemble and move so they were prepared to have proper tools and managed time well. The day of the move while in the 3rd or 4th hour, I receive a call from the company asking how things were going and to inform me that they would need me to pay additional money to them directly. The woman never really gave a reason why and when I asked why this hadn’t been discussed after she thanked me for sending a video of the elliptical, she dropped it. At that point it did seem like the workers slowed down work considerably. We went from almost having the Primary Suite packed and loaded up to when they left I found several bathroom drawers still full. The job was to complete a partial pack and load a trailer with 4 people in 8 hours. If this job was not able to do complete the way previously discussed, they should have said it was impossible instead of saying “we’ll see” and pretty much telling me “I told you so” after the job was not complete within the timeline discussed. This company did not make themselves available to complete the job until 4-5 days after the start of it. I hired a different company to complete the job.
My furniture was well wrapped and loaded, but they did break one lamp while packing and loading. Although not necessarily their fault, one power adapter to a television seems to be missing when all other attachments for electronics were pre-packaged and placed together.

I have now used Elite Movers twice, for two big moves, in less than 6 months. They’re absolutely fantastic, and I trust them wholeheartedly. They are efficient and quick, yet precise and careful. The icing on the cake is how kind and respectful these movers are. I have, and will continue to, sung their praises to anyone that might need movers in Georgia. Use them, you will not regret it!
