Would not recommend using these movers to anyone.
I had a wife and newborn infant. I just wanted to find movers who were professional and efficient in their work. Sad to say, Ox and Bull missed the mark.
When they arrived, rather than exiting the vehicle and starting the service.....they waited. It was only when I approached the vehicle, did the crew announce their presence.
The majority of the crew were not interested in actually moving our boxes. In fact, two of them aimlessly walked around our house. Playing music and/or dancing.
Each time I or my wife went outside to observe their work(progress), I caught them(2 of the 3)....doing everything other than moving/arranging our boxes.
When one of the guys stated they were done he asked that I leave a review of their service. not at a later time, rather, on the spot.
I felt pressured to provide a good review. So I did.
Fast forward.
We unpack our boxes in our destination location. Take an inventory of all our items. It becomes clear several of my wife's items have gone missing.
I don't want to cast aspersions, I really really don't. But....either Ox and Bull, PODS, or our destination movers pilfered some of our items. Our POD was pad locked AND the destination movers were never left alone with the POD or our boxes at any time during the move.
So, that is all I am going to say.

Nick and Dante showed up today. Great guys, great weather and great job. Unloaded two 16 foot pods onto a two story, Close to two hundred boxes and containers, two beds and mattresses , washer and dryer to second floor and a whole garage of assorted stuff. Ox and Bull we thank you for getting us into our Georgia home.

An Immediate interaction with an Ox and Bull associate after a booking has come in would be in order to set up the specifics for task at hand.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Moving day will be the easiest of the process, scheduling, logistics, specifics already been handled. All that’s left is to perform and execute! No stress for customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prep on customer end the quicker process on labor side. Prefer beds and appliances to be broken down and unhooked. But if not it’s ok it just will be more time consuming

Local [yes] long distance [yes] commercial [yes] dorm room relocation [collegiate living - whole dorm]
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Nothing favorable about moving, I look at it as a physical workout but my reason for getting up daily is because what I do with ease, may not feel like a breeze to others. And seeing customer satisfaction at end of task knowing that they would still be huffing around if not for my help does wonders to my spirit! Taking stress off others without putting stress on myself is a major win for me.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All my crewmen go threw a process of two weeks with me shadowing the job before I let them loose to join already seasoned crews
