We were very greatful to have extra people to help us unload our truck, but I was not impressed with their endurance or work ethic. They kept telling us that this was their second job of the day and they were tired. I payed for help...not tired help. You should make sure your employees can handle the work load.

We are sorry you weren't impressed with our crews endurance but at the same time a bit astonish since ALL of our crews are used to doing two or three jobs a day on their request since they love what they do.. And we never had anyone mentioned this before but we will respect your opinion. Thanks for your business.

I already expected to be told "we can not do the work" and lose the money, and otherwise I found two men that for them nothing was impossible. I had two big sofas moved from the living room to the basement, and they and did it without damaging walls or break anything. In 40 minutes I had the two sofas in the basemente and the men willing to move more things. Definitely I recommend it. Thank you!

I could not get a hold of them to confirm the arrival in the first place. Than next day they called and I told them to be at the pickup for 1 pm. They arrived at noon, worked for 2.5 hours and wanted to be paid for 4 hours.
The movers themselves were good.

On very busy month we are going to be in and out of the office . But we always keep our appointments unless we can't and we will let u know in advance if that may happen and we will even help u find another company. And once our crew calls u and agree on an arrival time their time will start as soon as they get there specially during the summer month when we are sooo busy and time is so crucial . And letting us know or the crew an hour before is too late .

Couldn't have been more pleased. The two men arrived on time, and were courteous, efficient and loaded a 2 bedroom apartment onto the U-Haul truck in exactly 1 hour. Would definitely use the service again.

If I move again, I won't hesitate to use Alliance Movers, and neither should you.

They actually showed up early, but not before calling first to make sure it was alright. They were courteous, prepared, and worked very hard to move as much of my household as time would allow. They did everything that I asked them to do, and paid careful attention to more precious things (antiques, etc.)

These guys were prompt, professional, hard-working, and packed our three-bedroom town home into moving containers in 2 hours! They did a great job, packed our containers efficiently, and I would certainly recommend them.

Showed up on time, prepared to work.
They worked carefully and deliberately.
Moved our antique (some heavy) items from house to truck and secured everything for the road.
They did exactly what we asked and wanted.
