They were very quick to get the truck loaded, however we asked them to use the furniture pads and they didn't now I have furniture that is really messed up. The wood pieces have huge scratches and dents in it. I cried when I saw it coming off the truck and how my beautiful furniture is now junk!

I had a POD to load, lots of boxes and some furniture. Based on previous reviews I felt confident they would be able to load in less than 2hrs. They loaded all my items quite well and secure. They did that, actually finished in 90min and for that I'm very appreciative.
But they were 4 hours late, and I had to call several times to check the status. I did not have the availability to cancel and find someone new, so I was at their mercy. Their tardiness affected other obligations I had during the day and I was quite annoyed I couldn't get a straight answer until D and one of his staff showed up personally.
I guess if you arent on a schedule they are the guys for you - very fast, polite, and personable. If you are under a specific schedule pick the earliest time - the opening appt or you may not get your things taken care of on your schedule

They did not show up at the time that was requested. I called early in the week to confirm appt. It was confirmed. Called again on Friday at 3 to make sure they would show up at 4 pm. I was told they would. 4 pm came and then 5 came - no workers. I called at 5:15 and the person I talked to said he would find out. That person did not call me back, but asked the workers to call me. Finally the workers did call and they were 1.5 hours away from my location and still weren't done with the current job they were on. They missed the window of opportunity and I told them to forget it. AT that point I was on my own to figure it out. Which I did... no thanks to you guys. I will never think of you using again and I will not tell people to use you obviously. POOR planning by your team. POOR PLANNING.
