Derek Law and his team accommodated us by agreeing to arrive an hour ahead of schedule. They were careful about coming and going in the house with my 94-year old mother, who was a little disoriented by our activity. Everything they unloaded was set into place without scratch or dent. They followed me to a storage site and were patient while I made arrangements, even though they had other jobs to do that day. We will use them again and so should you.

It has taken me a few weeks to finally write a review for the company that helped me unload in Texas. They showed up without tools of the trade except for a dolly. I had to borrow a screwdriver. I had an expensive desk with diamond-edged corners that they stood up on end at the elevator. It smashed the corner and they said the movers on the other end did it. Not true because I personally saw them load the desk with shoulder straps so the desk was completely right-side up at all times. I came across other little things that really caught my attention with the unload because the guys on the loading end did it the exact opposite doing everything possible to protect my furniture. The Texas unload end was very disappointing to me and I would most likely never use their service again.

The workers, once they got there, we're great. The problem was they were 2 and a half hours late and one man short. 3 men were supposed to show up at 10am. Instead, two showed up at 12:30.
But, as I said, when the two of them showed up, they did a good job for us.
