I have a mixed review based on final results. I have to give a 5* for the first half of the job. Another 5* for their attitude. The items were packed so well that withstood a 2000 mile truck trip - that's the first half. They stayed to finish the loading which I had underestimated by 2 hours. Maybe they got tired or impatient or whatever..the second half was not well packed. Quite a few items were damaged. HireAHelper's insurance covered items I had listed. I did not list my floor speakers (in original packaging) - so couldn't claim it. Lesson - Make sure you itemize all major items before they start the job.

I want to leave 5 stars, I really do. Because the two guys who came to unload my pod were friendly, efficient, hard working, and they did a great job. The only reason I can't leave 5 stars is because they showed up over an hour after the window hire-a-helper gave me for their arrival time. I don't know who is reaponsible for the scheduling mishap, but it is the reason I can't rate this great company at 5 stars. Aside from that, they completely exceeded my expectations, and I would use them again with confidence (I'd just make sure to confirm arrival time).

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Steve was the Michael Angelo of packing. He's an artist of loading a truck! We couldn't have done it without him.

The gentlemen who came to unload my moving truck were easy to work with and very accommodating - especially when we had to deal with another tenant moving out of my building on the same day! Both worked hard and completed the job in less than the allotted amount of time.

Awesome guys and awesome work. I read other reviews and was a bit skeptical but they showed up on time, ready to work. I would highly recommend Steve and Mike to anyone that is looking for helpers. These guys work quick and efficiently. No damage was done to any items they helped move. I highly would recommend them and will reach back out to them should I ever need some help to move again. I truly can't say enough about Steve and Mike and look forward to using them again in the future.
