The crew from hire a helper that showed up were amazing, careful, attentive and professional. Not to mention they were moving like lightning. I will hire them again in the near future for our next move. A+

Great experience! These guys know their stuff. Our 26ft truck was quickly and expertly packed in just over 3 hours. And the whole crew were just wonderful the work with. Anytime again!

Pros: Good movers; didn’t damage or break anything but I didn’t have them move anything other than bulk furniture.

Cons: They showed up one hour later than promised; Their pace is a lot slower than it should have been but that’s what happens when dealing with hourly labor.

Would not hire them again as they attempted to be paid work time for loading personal items that they were given.

Mover's response:
First, they loaded more than bulky items. They loaded appliances and fragile marble tops, among other things. Second, you failed to mention that while we showed up an hour later than promised, we took on this job very last minute. Third, the pace was consistent with having to travel the length of a driveway with items as the truck was not parked near the door. Lastly, you lied to Hire a Helper on two other things along with this statement. They loaded the items given to them back at your house which meant it was well after they completed the job AT THE STORAGE. So there is no way they spent any time loading items while in the clock for you. Please get with your father for details as he was the only one at the unload. We wish you good luck in your future endeavors.

Nice guys, jumped in in emergency, within couple of hours from call. I got stuck from previous movers team from "Efficient Movers" who walked out from the site without finishing job. I had to finish loading the truck and unload it at destination. Full Circle =almost= finish loading. When they said truck would not take more, I had to finish loading myself. Since it was late at night, I offered the team a choice - either continue until the job is done or reconvene as early in the morning as they want. They said in the morning, but did not show up and did not even call. That was the other couple of hundreds extra from my pocket because of one more emergency hire of the movers and extending the truck rental contract.

Mover's response:
Ivan, you booked 4 hours and the guys stayed until midnight to help. You told us only 10 more feet of the truck needed to be loaded and that was not the case. 10 feet could have been completed in the 4 hours but you kept bringing more out than what you initially said. As for them not showing up in the morning, there was no order put in for it. We fulfilled our part of the first order, which was to work 4 hours. Having them stay past midnight was not part of the order. If you needed us to unload the next day, you could have booked it through Hire a Helper like you did the first order. Your personal problems as far as the eviction and financial problems were not OUR problem.

I would reccommend Full Circle a million times over. They were on time and worked steady the entire time. They were nice and very polite and took very good care of our possessions. Thanks to them our move went fantastic.

The first crew did not arrive due to a mechanical, but a new crew was found and only 30 minutes late to meet an installer and truck. Very quick to get the job done. Great work when issues were resolved.

Jim, we appreciate your business and your review but this review contradicts what Robert, your company's General Manager told me after the completion of the job. The crew arrived shortly before the agreed time of 5 am and immediately started trying to reach you to get your location. As I understand, you weren't even on site to meet them and this wasn't communicated to us in any of the several conversations prior to the move. Lack of complete communication prevented them from starting at 5 am but I am happy that they took care of you.
