These movers were helpful and hardworking! They moved all of my items from my moving truck and a whole load of firewood in less than the 2 hour timeframe with 0 complaints. I will use them again!

The worst movers I've ever dealt with.

First off they were an hour and a half late. His excuse was that this was his first job in a while ?? Next I'm fairly confident that the main guy was under the influence of something. He kept asking the same exact question over and over. He'd ask "does this tub go?" And we would say yes all the tubs go. Then 5 minutes later he'd ask again about another tub this contenuied throughout the entire 4 hours. Next the were extremely rough with my belongings. They turned tubs upside down to put them on their Dollys they dropped my washing machine off the dolly (so far it still works). Lastly they brought 3 people instead of the requested two then tried to get us to pay extra. By far the worst experience ever.

Mover's response:
Mam with all due respect, we asked where specifically each tub went because we want to make sure that every one of your items are in the correct spot where you want it. Not because we are on something. Its called customer satisfaction. And you booked us for 2 men at 4 hours, and yes we brought 3 men and finished in 3 hours. But we did first asked you, if we brought an extra men if you were ok with paying the difference at the end of the move, and your husband agreed to that. Or else we would have not brought an extra man. And after all we never ended up charging you extra just to be on good terms with you. We apologize for the inconvenience, we did work with you on the bill by not charging you extra for the extra men, although your husband agreed to it. And also, you misunderstood what we told you. We were not an hour an a half late because we haven’t done a move in a while. We explained to your husband that our first move of the day had took a little bit longer then what was expected, and that we would be there around 10am. Although arrival window was from 9-10. We do apologize for the wait, but It can happen sometimes. We strive to give the best service with every move mam. Its what has given us great reputation as a moving service provider. But once again, we apologize for inconvenience, we are glad that your items were delivered and there were no damages. Thankyou for your feedback, and Enjoy your new home mam.

One on one training on how to handle heavy equipment the right way to prevent injury or damages. How to wrap furniture and make sure items are well protected. Proper way of stacking where nothing will get damaged. Good communication skills. Overall, ways of being as professional as can be, and giving the best customer service, and making sure to give every customer the satisfaction they are needing at the end of every move.
