I felt like I had to keep on top of the 3 men who showed up. We noticed talking on the cell phone, standing around, and smoking. They didn't really listen to our instructions. No self motivation, came across very lazy. I paid for 5 hours and they left after 2.5 hours. I still have things to take care of, that they should have taken care of. I was told there is no refund for time unused. I paid almost $600. I had to make out a police report and the boss was telling me to text responses on my cell phone. I wish I would had time to see that I could have said no to releasing the payment. My printer was broken, and I noticed disrespect for other items we asked them to be careful with. Hope I don't find anymore things ruined. Did a lousy job of packing both the totes and the U-haul, it was hard for my helpers at my new place to unload the U-Haul. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

The movers did an excellent job. They handled delicate items with great care and carried some extremely heavy items as if they were light as a feather. They arrived on time and were quick and efficient. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to others.

Our 2 movers did a great job at safely packing everything into a small truck. They also were able to adjust the time when we had an issue with getting the truck. I would definitely recommend using RB Movers.
