We originally were supposed to have our movers come help between 1-2 on 5/25. Our mover called 1-2 days before asking if they could come early. That was 100% okay with us. On 5/25 our move called at 1:56 (mind you we were at the house early anticipating them being early) saying he would probably be 3 hours late! After about an hour of waiting to hear back about an accurate eta we discovered the location we had to move to closed at 9. After trying to figure out alternative ways of moving we ended up re-scheduling for the next day at 5am with the help of hire a helper. After we had scheduled the move our mover called again and asked if we could move another day. We could not. So instead we agreed to meet at 4 am. When I arrived at 4 to our moving location k waited till 4:45 until they finally arrived. The moving was not that bad at all. They did a good job taking our stuff out and wrapping furniture. They did however chip the heck out of our door. When we got to the storage unit the unload our lead over guy told me each blanket they wrapped would cost us 12.50. Luckily one of the employees advocated on our behalf and told me to pick the furniture I believed should stay wrapped (which was about 4). The man who helped advocate for us also did an INCREDIBLE job packing. In all honesty I hope he is in charge of all moves going forward for them. Regardless after the move was complete our mover offered us no discount making us wait a day then close to an hour more in the morning. Hire a helper helped advocate for us and got us a discount on the move.

Communication was great. They were always incredibly responsive and arrived within the window they provided. They wrapped my couch in plastic that they provided, wrapped my dresser and credenza in blankets they provided, and detached and reattached legs on my couch when needed with tools they provided. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! Amazing experience, definitely recommend!!

Moving is stressful and always overwhelming , we use our expertise to be the right solution for your Stress free move , when you contact us we want to gather Details about your upcoming move we may ask questions like Pick up location , Drop off address , do you own any item that may need extra care, or special equipment to move them , or if need packing services , for big moving projects I request a video survey of your home, after reviewing your info we will email you an estimate for your review.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Declutter and Downsize Sort through belongings decide what to keep, donate, or discard to minimize unnecessary items. Sell or donate, having a garage sale or donating usable items to charity. Pack Smart Label boxes clearly Mark the contents and the room where the box belongs. Pack an essentials box set aside a box with important items like toiletries, medications, snacks, a change of clothes, and phone chargers for easy access. Disassemble furniture If possible, they should take apart large furniture

It’s also a great way to stay active and work as part of a team.
