Two outstanding guys !. Arrived exactly on time, got everything in the truck, followed us to the new location, and unloaded everything within the two hour window. No damage to anything ! Courteous to us and everyone they met in the buildings. They brought everything they needed to get the move done.

Very courteous, efficient, and flexible. We had to change our moving time from 10:00AM to 5:00PM the day before the move! When I called them to reschedule the time, they were more than happy to accommodate us without any additional fees. Very happy with them!

The movers from Samuel Services were outstanding! They worked at lightening speed with extreme efficiency and care for our personal items. The five hours that they worked saved us a day and a half of my friends and me working at a much slower and less efficient pace. I can’t stress how much smoother our move was from their help. Two guys, 3rd floor walk up, almost 1000 sq. ft., hot day, took them 3.5 hours. They were 10-15 minutes late but when they arrived, they worked hard to complete a tough job in a timely and efficient way. I highly recommend them.

I have 2 issues, both related to the company that set this service up. Due to an error in communication on the service intermediary my crew left me in the middle of a move. Not a good thing. They also had conditions about when they wanted to start as opposed to when i wented to start. This wasn't a big deal to me when i booked and it was only 1/2 hour difference but then they had to leave way early in the moving process to do another job. Not something that was communicated to me when i booked.
