They were on time, they were prepared, worked hard, had great attitudes! I had three different sets of helper movers over a span of one week, and these guys were the best! I would definitely recommend them for a move. I had them unloading and setting up so I can't speak for their packing and loading abilities, but unloading and assembling furniture, listening to where I wanted things, moving steadily, they were awesome.

Samuel Services sent a team of two movers for my move-in, requiring unloading a 16' container, a 50' carry to the building door, and a trip up the freight elevator to my front door. Beforehand, I was planning on cutting these guys off at 2 hours in order to keep my costs low. But the team wasted no time whatsoever, and were rolling in a flash! In 1 hour, 20 minutes, all of my personal goods were upstairs safely. There were no mishaps, no damages, no scuff marks on my walls. They did a perfect job and instead of cut them off at 2 hours, I was obligated to leave a nice cash tip! On top of all that, it started to rain rather hard! These guys were tough, hard workers, completely professional and did a terrific job. Recommend!

This is the second time we have worked with Samuel Services and it has been great. Don José has been both times. He is very efficient, well-organized. Also, polite and respectful. The first time Don José was assisted by Giovanni and the second time by Jorge. They have been good too.

They arrived Early (15 Minutes) which was great! they were prepared with the items I had requested - furniture blankets that were clean, dollies, hand trucks etc. Jose was awesome! I cannot stress enough how great he and his partner were. I have moved 4 times in the last two years for work and this was the best experience I have had. They were quick, and careful at the same time. I have never had someone handle my items like they were their own and I really appreciated it. I will be moving again in 6 months to a year and will be using this company again!

We did not have a lot but what we had was bulky and heavy....also 2 1/2 flights of stairs. The 2 men were amazing! Quick and careful,

These guys are amazing! They came in on time, and worked super fast! I felt bad because we had a 4th floor apartment, NO elevator, and they still got everything down in the 2 hours we booked them for. We didn't even intend for them to bring down as much as they did. They even loaded our truck in a way that everything fit (we had planned on making multiple trips to save money). Because of the way they loaded it we didn't have to make more than one, my husband called them Tetris wizards. We are just now unpacked and not one thing was damaged in the move! I was amazed. We're military and none of the movers used have ever done as amazing of a job.. Last time we moved almost everything valuable we had was damaged in one way or another, but not with these guys! I would definitely use them again. Best money spent!
