I wish I could remember their names, but they worked quite hard and the lead fellow paid such good attention to detail! I was concerned as I had china, mirrors and vintage family heirloom furniture that is traveling across country. Job well done.

The two guys that came to help us move were one time and polite. They did not stop moving until the job was done. They were efficient and careful with our belongings, not a single item was damaged!!! I would highly recommend Samuel Services to anyone and I will use them for future moves.

I have used this company in the past, and had no issues with them. I had an issue this time with the crew and Waulther not responding to my phone call. The crew did work out the problem for me, however, it was very inconvenient for me. When they arrived, I was informed that they had only two hours to give me for the job. I was told, that is what I asked for. I told them it might take more time, and wasn't informed by Waulther their boss, that it would be a problem for them to work longer than two hours. However, it seems that they had another 2 jobs lined up for the afternoon. I placed a call to their boss, and Never got a response from him! The problem was resolved by the crew returning that night to finish the job. Quite frankly, I am pissed off, as it was inconvenient for me to have them come back and not finish the job they started out to do. The next problem was, the crew wasn't that careful when handling our property in general! Based on my problems, with moving day and lack of response from the boss man, I would NOT use THEM AGAIN!

Showed up right on time, worked hard and smart. They loaded the truck so nothing shifted in transit and everything was blanketed, roped and protected. Some of the furniture was heavy and antique, and they were very careful. Couldn't be happier with Samuel Services, and I really am pleased with the whole hireahelper experience.
