I booked 4 hours of loading time based on the recommendation on the site...The crew only needed 1 hr. I was charged for 3 hours. In addition to that, I need another container, so I was going to book them the very next week, I asked the hire a helper person if I could just use the prepaid 2 extra hours the following week. The answer was no. I understand paying for the 2 hours minimum, but not for the 3rd hour when they only worked 1. I was going to give them more business, which I will not be doing, I will choose someone who is willing to work with the customer.

We are experienced in any and all moves. Our local teams work residential, commercial and industrial jobs while our national team offers long distance moves and can get you settled into your new home no matter the zip code!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Favorite part about being a mover is all of the wonderful people I've had the chance to network with over the years I've been in the industry.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew receives training on properly wrapping furniture, using the required tools for each job and loading/unloading trucks properly. We do ensure your move is left in the best hands possible - we look forward to working with you!
