I cannot say enough good about this company!!! The communication, service & follow up were impeccable!! They responded within minutes to any communication I had. I needed to change the date of my move & they changed it perfectly without any problems whatsoever! Carly was so efficient & gracious EVERY time I talked with her & very personable!! The 2 gentlemen, Jameson & Anthony, who unloaded our truck & set up our beds were top notch!! They were extremely efficient, professional & so kind!! There is no doubt I would use them again….in a heartbeat!!!

I did not have a good experience with the moving guys themselves but the manager on the phone was very professional and understanding so I gave it 3 stars for him. First there were some issues at the start of the move where the guys decided to just show up to the storage location early without giving me a ETA like promised so I wasn’t there yet but the manager Doug was nice enough to work that out for me and they did bring a extra guy. But even with the 3rd/extra guy they did not even FINISH MY MOVE!! These movers took a total of 4 HOURS and still LEFT THE JOB UNFINISHED! They started by taking small/light things and boxes first. They didn’t start dissembling the beds until the 3rd hour and I could tell they weren’t familiar or trained on dissembling beds because it took them a long time to get them apart. They took about 5 breaks which was frustrating. Then when we’re getting close to the 4th hour (around 6pm) they come in from their final break and say “our boss said we have to wrap it up in 15 minutes because it’s getting late or it’s $200 cash so we’re gonna try to get the big things in for you.” At this point my sofa, pieces of the bed and a large wardrobe STILL needs to be loaded!!! Then while loading the last piece the guys just walked off to their cars. They left their water bottles and trash laying outside. One of the guys noticed and picked a couple of bottles up when he came back to my apartment to get their toolbox. So we spent the next morning still loading what they couldn’t! I felt like this job DID not have to take this long. The guys had no sense of urgency. We don’t have a lot of stuff, we have the same furniture other movers have moved and have NEVER had movers take 4 hours or NOT finish the job. The only reason I didn’t go with Bee Moving (the company I usually use) for budget reasons. This is our final move (into a house we bought) and I chose this company because of their positive reviews and competitive price hoping to save some money but this is just a lesson you get what you pay for!
As for breaks yes our company makes it a policy that our movers get 1 break every hour, being this is hard labor they need a breather and fluids. As for the trash I'm sorry but there is no excuse on there end and we will have a meeting about that. Ok the beds, now every bed is different and we don't disassemble beds until they are needed normally 3/4 the through what they are loading. Yes we told our 3 movers that 6 PM is coming up and the company that you hired us from will not pay the overtime rates so that's why they told you $200 because that is our rate after 6 PM for 3 movers. We wish you well at your new home and thank you for the review.

The two helpers that were assigned to us were respectful to us and of our "stuff". They treated all our furniture and boxes as if it were their own and they knew how to pack the truck for maximal loading. They stayed until the job was completed. I appreciate both of them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once booked we will contact customer within 24 hours and verify information and set up times. Then 1 day prior you will get a confirmation call to make sure everything is still good to go.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The day we arrive we will introduce our selves and do a walk around with the customer to see what is and not going. Ask if there are anything's they want left out or placed in a certain way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Keep walk areas clear. If you have any pets please put them in a safe room so we don't trip over them or they run out the door. If customer wants to prep anything like the beds or removing mirrors it's always welcomed. We like to try and make this a family thing.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do all types of moves from 1 item to moving entire office buildings. House, local, out of state, load, unload, pack only, office moves, commercial moves. We are here to help you and make your move an easy transition.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people daily, hearing there stories and packing a truck. I love seeing items that we have never seen before.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We do hands on training and have monthly meetings on how we can provide better for our customers.
