The movers were great. I booked two workers for two hours to help load a moving truck. They really impressed me with how quickly they were able to load up the truck; very efficient! Nice guys too.

The fellas at Skylar did a awesome job Lodi g and unloading all of our stuff. They loaded everything up from our storage unit and unloaded us at our new apartment. They were friendly and careful with all of our stuff and constantly asked questions and wanted my input. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving!

The men that came out asked my husband about a safe that we had on the pod to be moved. They noted that it wasn't on the order. I stated that it should be it was on the same order that we had pack the pod. Either way he asked how much it weighed we stated 338lbs. That was it about that conversation.
The rest of the unloaded went very slow and non motivated by the older gentleman the younger one was new and very eager to learn.
We had to ask them to pout the kitchen table together and I noticed that they end tables were not unwrapped. They just placed them in the room. I had to unwrap the end tables , bar stools myself. Nothing was said about the safe until 3 days later I received a email from Hire -helper that stated that the movers wanted $200 more for the safe. I provided them the weight and pictures of the safes dimensions and they took care of it. Hire a helper is Awesome ! I wish if the movers had a issues with the safe that they would have addressed it right there with me not take pictures and send me a bill 3 days later . I believe this to be due to the fact that I didn't tip them very much due to the lack of enthusiasm .

In hot desert heat these boys worked their bums off. They were remarkable in the attitude they had doing a very complicated job of loading my moving truck. I would highly recommend them for any job loading your move. Five plus stars!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once booked we will contact customer within 24 hours and verify information and set up times. Then 1 day prior you will get a confirmation call to make sure everything is still good to go.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The day we arrive we will introduce our selves and do a walk around with the customer to see what is and not going. Ask if there are anything's they want left out or placed in a certain way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Keep walk areas clear. If you have any pets please put them in a safe room so we don't trip over them or they run out the door. If customer wants to prep anything like the beds or removing mirrors it's always welcomed. We like to try and make this a family thing.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do all types of moves from 1 item to moving entire office buildings. House, local, out of state, load, unload, pack only, office moves, commercial moves. We are here to help you and make your move an easy transition.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people daily, hearing there stories and packing a truck. I love seeing items that we have never seen before.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We do hands on training and have monthly meetings on how we can provide better for our customers.
