They were slightly delayed getting here but called to let us know they had been delayed by a train. The men were very personable and handled everything very well. The best thing was that they were able to fit everything into the POD! We had been very concerned about that but it was amazing how well they were able to make it work, with even a little room to spare! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again! Thanks for a job very well done.

Didn’t need them for as long as I thought but still paying for full time. Better to under estimate the time and then pay for the extra. The website was confusing. I thought it was 85 an hour but I was charged 134 an hour?

Mind blown at the AMAZING service we got from Kevin and John. They had the MOST amazing attitudes and work ethic!!! We hired them to load our Uhaul trailer and It was 4 pm on a 113 degree Phoenix day. Yep - a brutal day. This was their last job the day and you would have thought it was their first. They were expert packers and managed to get more than we thought we'd be able to take into our trailer. We moved to Seattle and everything was in perfect shape when we arrived.
They were right on time and totally prepared for the job. They also had to deal with 2 flights of stairs as well. They treated our things like their own and wrapped everything very well. This is our first time using Hire-A-Helper and we were thrilled. Skyler Moving is fortunate to have these 2 guys representing their company.
The customer service from Skyler Moving was great from the very beginning. Terrific communication throughout the whole process. I would absolutely use them again!!

The workers (2) showed up on time, stated who they were, what company they worked for. First they asked me what was going to be packed, room by room. All they asked for is if I had rope, I showed them the blankets and cords to be used in the POD. I was told it was excellent. They worked as a team, taking bins and boxes in between furniture. I went out to see how they were doing and was amazed how they fit each piece along the back and sides like a puzzle. Nice and snug. One helper took a picture I will say phase one. It was secured with the cords. They continued, taking out my furniture very carefully, loading it carefully. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and how careful they were with my personal boxes, bins and furniture. I would highly recommend these helpers. They are an asset to Skyler Moving & Labor company.

John & Denis from Skyler Moving & Labor were wonderful. They were exactly on time & went right to work. They were courteous & listened carefully as I explained the problems they were going to have because my POD had not been loaded correctly. They were very careful with my furniture, working very hard to put it exactly where I wanted each piece. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once booked we will contact customer within 24 hours and verify information and set up times. Then 1 day prior you will get a confirmation call to make sure everything is still good to go.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The day we arrive we will introduce our selves and do a walk around with the customer to see what is and not going. Ask if there are anything's they want left out or placed in a certain way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Keep walk areas clear. If you have any pets please put them in a safe room so we don't trip over them or they run out the door. If customer wants to prep anything like the beds or removing mirrors it's always welcomed. We like to try and make this a family thing.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do all types of moves from 1 item to moving entire office buildings. House, local, out of state, load, unload, pack only, office moves, commercial moves. We are here to help you and make your move an easy transition.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people daily, hearing there stories and packing a truck. I love seeing items that we have never seen before.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We do hands on training and have monthly meetings on how we can provide better for our customers.
