Doug and crew unloaded my POD in 110* heat up 35 stairs in record time and without any damage. Absolutely fabulous job. Cheerful, helpful, experienced and on time. Moving is stressful but with this company, the experience was wonderful. I’ve moved domestically and internationally with several major moving companies. Skylar Moving & Labor runs circles around all of them. I’m grateful and appreciative of the care and assistance provided. If you are looking for the best worry free experience call these guys. Doug and his guys went above and beyond with my Mom's move! We were late due to a Home Depot/Penske fiasco and these guys jumped right in to detach the car & dolly, even tried to free the chain that was stuck around the control arm. I had no expectation that they'd do all that, but they did! These gents miraculously got my mother's house packed into a 16' truck and re-hitched the dolly and car all within the allotted time! They know their stuff for sure! Very professional, respectful and had great senses of humor (much needed with the stress of moving).....and her stuff arrived across country safe and sound! We've already recommended them for another family member's move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once booked we will contact customer within 24 hours and verify information and set up times. Then 1 day prior you will get a confirmation call to make sure everything is still good to go.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The day we arrive we will introduce our selves and do a walk around with the customer to see what is and not going. Ask if there are anything's they want left out or placed in a certain way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Keep walk areas clear. If you have any pets please put them in a safe room so we don't trip over them or they run out the door. If customer wants to prep anything like the beds or removing mirrors it's always welcomed. We like to try and make this a family thing.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do all types of moves from 1 item to moving entire office buildings. House, local, out of state, load, unload, pack only, office moves, commercial moves. We are here to help you and make your move an easy transition.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people daily, hearing there stories and packing a truck. I love seeing items that we have never seen before.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We do hands on training and have monthly meetings on how we can provide better for our customers.
